After sourcing and presenting your design, our team will order and install every piece, from custom furniture, window treatments, rugs, accessories, and wallpaper to hanging gallery walls. There are a lot of moving parts in the management of a design project, and sometimes it can seem overwhelming! It is important to trust the process and know that we are making experienced decisions to fulfill the design vision for your space.

How It Works

What to Expect

Consultation

It all starts with the first phone call. Once we are connected, we will schedule a consultation to meet and get to know you, your lifestyle, and your space. This is where we learn about your design goals, ideas, inspiration and concepts, and establish important factors such as budgets and timelines.

Concept & Design

The concept and design phase is where we pull together all of the details gathered in the consultation. We will present you with design direction and concept, fabrics, wallpapers, flooring, lighting, furniture, and any additional project finishes depending on the scope of your project. We will consider the details of what will work for the aesthetic of your home.

Once the project selections are finalized, we will send a project estimate for review. Upon approval, a 50% deposit is collected to lock in scheduling and order any needed materials.

Procurement & Project Management

Once we have solidified the design elements of your project, we start to finalize details and get the wheels in motion. We contract our trade partners, finalize scheduling, and order all the necessary materials to make your designs come to life. We review specifications with our teams and secure all of the proper permits and contracts.

From here we move into the project management and design phase. We troubleshoot and address any unforeseeable challenges and find the best solutions for your project.

Installation & Delivery

The final finishing stage of the design process is arguably the most exciting! All soft goods, window treatments, and furnishings are installed. Our team then delivers the final project and introduces you to your new space.
