Position Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office & Business Manager to join our team. This role is crucial to the efficient functioning of our interior design business. As the Office & Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, financial management, maintaining a high level of organization, and managing logistical operations, including ordering goods and receiving deliveries. Your ability to work with numbers, interact with clients and team members, maintain a keen eye for detail, and handle logistical operations will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    • Manage financial transactions and accounts.
    • Work with accounting software (Quickbooks) to maintain accurate records.
    • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients and addressing their inquiries.
    • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project timelines and billing.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle office administrative tasks efficiently.
    • Maintain an organized filing system.
    • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Logistical Operations:
    • Order goods and supplies as needed.
    • Receive deliveries and ensure accurate inventory management.


  • Comfortable working with numbers and basic accounting principles.
  • Enjoys working with people and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Previous experience with Quickbooks and Square is preferred but not required.

Pay: This position offers an hourly wage of $30-$35 per hour to start, depending on experience, with lots of room for growth.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time position, 25-30 hours per week.
  • Morning hours from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
